Our room had working air conditioning and included convenient amenities like storage space, tea, and coffee, plus the location in a bustling shopping district within walking distance to a subway station was fantastic.

We really enjoyed very nicely furnished and brand-new rooms and good food.
The room with a good view. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect and magnificent, on hop off bus stop. And there was Tivoli Food Hall with short-orders minute walk from the venue, super convenient.

The location is very good just next to the central railway station, making the hotel a good & comfortable choice for my overnight stopover. Friendly staff, nice old-style decoration I especially liked the lift with glass walls.

Location and breakfast
Prior to checking in our daughter and husband were refused access to a toilet. No coffe/tea facilty. No ice in fridge. Soft drinks/beers not matching inventory list. Broken desk chair. Windows covered by plastice sheets for renovations. Note: we have also filled in a hard copy feed back form. At DKK 9800 for two rooms for two nights, we expect a much better product.

Great location, easy access to the train station and central attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful, a great jazz singer in the bar on Saturday night and the bath in the ensuite was amazing!

Great location near many tourist attractions, central station, and Tivoli Gardens. the hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to access regional trains. - We loved the lake, just a short 15-minute walk from the hotel.

1. Excellent location walkable to main attractions including Tivoli Gardens and is across from Central Train Station 2. Breakfast buffet is included in room price and is excellent 3. Free Wireless access is included throughout hotel 4. Hotel staff are very friendly and try their best to accommodate 5. Lots of good restaurants walkable from hotel 6. Hotel restaurant offered well prepared food at reasonable prices 7. Library Bar is pretty awesome for relaxing and having a drink. 8. Overall, hotel is good value for the price in this central location.
1. While Hotel staff are friendly and try to accommodate they are not very knowledgeable -- did not know much about U.S. voltage adaptors. Restaurant recommended was poor and expensive. 2. Rooms are just OK -- bathrooms spartan, outlet in bedroom broken, safe missing, decor passable, beds pretty comfortable but linens not "luxurious."
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
